Glass Carbomer filling molar 36

This retired machine building engineer, 70 years of age, living in Ruinen Province of Drenthe came in March 2nd, 2018 with this worry some looking molar 3.6 cavity. There were no further complaints. Under lying dentine looked to be in good enough condition, to have a bulk fill Glass Carbomer repair placed after Healozone application for 60s. The second picture dated April 24th, 2018, eight weeks later, shows the result. Although inter approximal space is a little too wide, it was decided to leave the situation in agreement with the patient. Further polishing was left as well. A realistic life expectancy of 30 years was humbly requested from the Cosmic aided by the Heavenly Hosts.

Canine shark tooth enamel repair

This retired lady pedagogue for the Department of Justice, 75 years of age came in 13th of March year 2018 to have her canine 2.3 repaired. Today’s picture four weeks later shows the repair, purely Glass Carbomer, colour A2, in bulk fill after preparing with HealOzone. No etching, primer or bonding. This self-adhesive nano-particles alkyl acid mixture with ion-exhange will “grow” through biofusion onto the natural dentine and enamel, under optimal conditions. So far so good. I was cautious about the result to begin with. The product Glass Carbomer is primarily suited for the posteriors but I wanted to give the lady a chance as this GCP is biologically prefered above composite.

Root cavities with shark teeth fillings

At the sincere request of this lady, nutrituonal university graduate Wageningen 56 years of age, two Glass Carbomer fillings were placed on buccal root cavities of premolars 44 and 45. Earlier composite fillings placed in the nineties had fallen out some ten years ago. Thanks to enough Healozon the roots were in stable condition and pain free. This category V is challenging to repair with Glass Carbomer without drilling. On experimental basis this was proceded anyway. The picture taken with macro lens show the repairs placed in bulk fill. Esthetically some to be desired. However from at least 1 m distance the looks are fine. Polishing and modelling to be left to another date if desired. The self healing properties of this biologically adaptable filling material with biofusion made it the favourable choice as opposed to composite. A bit of a gamble if it will hold. If it does, worth the chance and effort. The colour will adjust in a couple of weeks.

Anteriors repair

This highly sensitive lady from the province of Utrecht 68 years of age wanted to have her left maxillary lateral incisor 2.2 and canine 2.3 repaired. After purely preparing with Healozon, G-Premio Bond from GC was soaked in for 10s, dried and light cured followed with small increments of G-aenial Universal Flo colour A2 in each of the three cavities. No dental drill for preparation was used at all. Looking at the pictures taken with makro lens, the finishing up showes scope for improvement the next time I admit. This lady comes to this practice since June 2010 and has not lost a single tooth since. The prognosis for these repairs were humbly and realistically petitioned to reach fourty years.

Molar 17 Glass Carbomer filling

This naturopath therapist lady 58 years of age came in to have her molar 1.7 repaired. Except food particles sticking in there there were no complaints. After Healozone application for 30s a Glass Carbomer capsule was mixed for 15s and placed after a Garrison matrix shield and ring were put in place. No drilling as usual. Light curing with GCP heat lamp for 5 x 30s. After 5 more minutes for chemical setting some modeling was done with slow torque blue coarse Garrison flat end FPZC010-X eZr. Remaining excess will ease off by itself to be checked in three months. The lady petitioned the Cosmic for a life time of fifty years for this filling to hold. A feather found afterwards, left behind from a guardian angel presumably is seen on the last picture. Please call us at +31(0)515 411411 for a dental healing session.

Deep cavity filling with Glass Carbomer

After a stressfull period this lady from Zuid Holland 51 years of age, web publisher, lost a corner of her molar 4.6 exposing a deep cavity running under an adjacent composite filling of a much earlier date. Remarkably there were no signs of sensitivity to air and water. After enough HealOzone application, finished with some saline citric acid pH balancer formula drops a matrix shield Garrison FX175 was held in place with Garrison FX600 3D Fusion ring. A Glass Carbomer capsule colour A2 was mixed for 15s and tightly squeezed into the cavity with necessary craftmanship. No drilling! No etching. Self bonding. After light curing with GCP heat lamp for 5 times 30s and chemical hardening for another 5 minutes excess filling material was removed. However finishing and polishing was left to another date for proper bonding with biofusion to take place. A similar cavity on molar 3.6 was somewhat sensitive and after HealOzone application left to cure with a special rinse to have a filling placed in another month. This mouth rinse is composed of some keltic coarse sea salt and freshly rolled barley flakes added to tea, coffee, food and drinks to soak dentine and add mineralisation with amino group enzymes. This procedure saves the lady a conventional root canal treatment for sure. The prognosis is fair.

Lost filling premolar 1.4 repair

This gentleman from Amsterdam 64 years of age lost a filling from his premolar 1.4 while biting an almond nut. The premolar had been repaired here with GC Equia Forte Fill the 12th February 2014 and remarkably the attachment to the old amalgam piece with which it had fallen out was still in tact! As you can see in the picture. Excellent adhesion of GC. By the way on the palatine aspect of premolar 1.5 one can see a repair; here placed the 7th July 2011 with Voco Glass Ionomer which still holds. Except the colouring and the marges leave scope for improvement. As preparation for today’s repair HealOzone was applied for twice 20s with cup round 8mm long 20mm followed with a Garrison shield F100 held in place with Garrison Wide Prep FX600 Fusion wedge. The first GCP capsule A2 was applied distally, cured for 5 times 30s and left for 5 minutes for chemical setting. Another shield was now placed mesial with the procedure repeated. After enough chemical hardening the holder ring and shield were carefully removed. Excess was removed using mainly a slow torque Garrison FPZC010-X rotating coarse flat tip. Thanks to HealOzone this Glass Carbomer repair was set in full confidence without the need for drilling. The risk for reactions is estimated as zero. This GCP filling material has rather unique self healing properties through ion exchange and biofusion with dentine. Total work time: 90 minutes including photography.

Shark tooth filling colour A2

The question of colour A2 arose of this molar 4.6 repair four months old. Should it go lighter to A1 for the next batch? Noticable are slight amalgam remains barely visible to the naked eye. Restrained amalgam removal was to prevent the tooth from desintegrating. Anyway, the GCP filling was to all satisfaction of the patient. Only the roots received HealOzone maintenance care this session.

Challenging shark teeth repairs

This building contractor calculator lady 48 years of age had defective molars 47 and 36. Today was the second attempt to get the fillings to hold without adding posts. Inflammation and infection was under control assured with another HealOzone session right before placement of the Glass Carbomer filling material. Follow up in two months. Two GCP Heat lamps for 5 times 30 seconds were applied. The 47 molar still needs to be trimmed somewhat. No painfull reactions are to be expected. The only concern is the repairs to hold. Improved double heating with the GCP lamps may have resolved this.

Peri-apical lesion mandible

Painfull swelling on the left mandible brought this lady astrologer from Wageningen, sixty years of age into this Ozone practice today. Extraction was the only option according to conventional dentists and an appointment for this was cancelled. To their bizarre amazement. HealOzone was accordingly applied and after some hesitation her whole dentition was done. The molar was not extracted. Around the apex and roots of molar 3.6 bone resorption can be seen on X-ray (black spots). On camera swelling is evident. Obvious signs of infection, inflammation. Decarboxylation methylation lagging oxidation. The prognosis is good. Treatment proposal was three sessions to be followed by evaluation. Follow up in one week. The lady was given some dietary advice on how to improve nutritional ketosis as described by for example Joseph Mercola and avoid diabetic ketoacidosis. Quite a shift. Response should be obvious in a few days. Improvement on X-ray could be seen in two weeks time. However, with the clinical impression improving as expected X-ray retake for study purposes could wait another year. You want proof? Keep following us.
